The AGM is the key annual meeting for the club to ensure that we, the Committee, are delivering what you, the Membership, want for the benefit of all swimmers in the club. The AGM will start prompt at 19:00. The AGM format does not support AoB questions. If you have a questions you would like to put forward, please submit in writing to the Club Secretary, Stuart Moss, via email by Wednesday 13 June (email@example.com).
The Committee have again been working hard in the background and there are countless hours put in behind the scenes to improve the club and just maintain all the administration that now comes with today’s sport requirements. We welcome your support at this evening to ensure that we can continue to build and progress.
After the AGM, food, drinks and games will commence along with the annual coaches/parents versus swimmers rounders match! The bar will be open for refreshments throughout the evening, and there will be a cold buffet with sandwiches/wraps/savoury snacks and crisps available – we are asking for £5.00 per family to cover the costs.
Tickets are available from the Club Desk. If you could bring along a dessert/cake that would be much appreciated.
I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the AGM and then the fun afterwards.
