Swimmers will be selected to participate on the following basis. The Top 5 swimmers in each individual age group (9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15+) determined by the BAGCAT results as set out in the 2018 East Invicta Championship conditions.

Best 50m
Best 100m
Best 200m Form stroke (Back, Breast, Fly)
Best Freestyle from 200m, 400m, 800m or 1500m
Best Individual Medley from 100m, 200m or 400m (9 & 10 year swimmers will not take part in some of these events so will count only those they can enter)

Each day, swimmers will have two land training sessions and two pool training sessions.
